W e had overcast skies on the day we visited Mt. Popa. Luckily for us, just as we were leaving our  usual lunch location –  a stunning mountainside restaurant with an amazing view of Mt. Popa,  the clouds and fog lifted enough to reveal the Temple atop Mt Popa. What a spectacular scene!!!  Everyone got an amazing photograph!

On the way back from Mt Popa we always make a stop at my favorite village. This is always a great opportunity to photograph children carrying water back and forth from the river to their  homes and to meet with the local families.
