It’s been days since I have had an internet connection which is fast enough for me to be able to blog, but I guess I shouldn’t be complaining, because at least I can blog. Last year, my blog posts were blocked, but now things are “opening up” here in Myanmar, so I should be happy. Anyway, I’ve uploaded a bunch of images from the days since I last posted. Some of the images loaded, others did not, so what will follow is a bit of a “hodge-podge”, but rather than delay, I’ll go ahead and post them here now, while I can. It’s a mix of the last few shots from Mandalay and a few from Bagan. Enjoy
Quality photos again 🙂
Love ’em, love ’em!
Glad to see you back in Myanmar soon! I fell in love with the place. 😀
You are in one of my favorite places in the world. I’ve been twice and would go back in a minute but I’m trying to get to 100 countries and need to work on places I haven’t been.
Nice photos, another destination for the bucket list!
Great images my friend
Beautiful, compelling pixs. A million miles away from cold foggy london
Ahhh memories of us taking the same shots a couple of years ago on the inuagrial trip of similar young monks – priceless memories.
Hi Andrew, Thanks for the comment! Your ears should have been ringing, as Catherine, Scot, Lisa and I all re-lived memories of all of our exploits at Angkor Photo Workshop 2011. I also shared a story about our late-night Chang Beer fest in Pak Beng!
Hi Gary, wish you could have just kept going with us on the Myanmar trip, you would have loved it, and we would have enjoyed having you along!
Pawan, Ed, Urusula, Celso, Kevin and Ferdz: Thanks for the comments…wish you all could be here!
The boys running in the temple – fantastic images.
