India: 2017 Pushkar Photo Tour in Black and White

A selection of images in black and white from my recent Jim Cline Photo Tours, Pushkar trip, ending with some shots from the extension to Haridwar and Amritsar. Haridwar and Amritsar are like stepping into a totally different world, and the two locations remain among my favorite photography locations in all of India. Every evening, In Amritsar we visit the Golden Temple and do street photography in the old city. In Haridwar we witness “Aarti”, a Hindu puja ceremony is performed on the Ganges in Haridwar, followed by mornings spent doing photo walks in the area adjacent to our hotel, which, in my opinion, offers some of the best light and richest photo ops anywhere
