Karl —
I am particularly impressed with these five images. They are very sharp with good colors and good contrasts. What is the time of day? Also, I assume in most of them you are in narrow streets, making use of reflected or bouncing light, something which you mentioned in a previous post from this tour in India. Can you give us the lens (the short lens?) and the exit data from one image? These postings as you go are a very good idea. Thanks for the images.

Hey Karl,
Amazing how the 70-200 gives a completely different feel than the 17-35! What didn’t change, was your great composition and use of available light. Nice!

Hi.
Just found your blog after doing research on an upcoming trip to India.
Great photos. I’m not sure what it is but they have a great raw quality that I really enjoy. Refined but raw. Does that make sense? 🙂
