It’s been more than a year since I relocated to Siem Reap Cambodia and since I now live less than 2 miles from Angkor Wat, I’ve had plenty of opportunities to explore the temples in greater depth than I’ve done previously. Although Angkor Wat is the temple that most people immediately recognize and associate with […]
Angkor Wat: The Last To Leave
Every day, just before sunset the Apsara Authority personnel make a final sweep from east to west through Angkor Wat. Since 2001, I’ve been coming to Angkor and whether I’m alone or with workshop and photo tour participants, I always visit Angkor Wat in the late afternoon and then linger until asked to leave. Vietnam Photo Tour: Cambodia-Angkor Extension

I’ve been posting images and that’s about it and I know some of you want some more background and technical info on […]
Kampot, Cambodia, The Asia Foundation Assignment Continues
Worked in Phonm Penh this morning, then headed to Kampot down south. I’ve never been to Kampot so I was excited to get the opportunity to see another part of Cambodia
