Travel has a way of heightening one's appreciation of time, often I find
myself up before dawn waiting for the day's adventures to begin. At 12,000
feet, mornings in Cusco tend to be chilly. Sampling warm beverages and
freshly baked goods available around the Plaza de Las Armas is a great way
to start your day.
