EDC's "Comunidades que Aprenden con Apoyo de Tecnologías de Informacíon y de Comunicaciónes" program, known as "CAPTIC", involves twelve primary schools and four teacher training colleges from three regions in Peru; Junin, Pasco, and Ucayali. With an average of four teachers participating from each institution they will strive to develop relevant face-to-face teacher training activities and face-to-face online collaborative projects with their students.
