Five time HVO volunteer George LeFerve, a San Diego based Orthopaedic surgeon, worked at the Sihanouk Center of Hope in Phnom Penh Cambodia. The hospital provides free adult care for about 60,000 patients. Like many Health Volunteers Overseas volunteers, LeFevre enjoys the time he spends volunteering all over the world. After his Cambodia trip LeFevre commented, "I learned more than I taught"
