In addition to running
the hospice, Noonan and his team provide education and awareness services
to high risk populations as well as clinic and home care to poor people
living with HIV/AIDS. "I'm very worried because there are now about
13,000 new full-blown AIDS cases a year with only 8,500 beds in all
